Rummage/bake sale to be held at Beckemeyer
A rummage and bake sale will be held at St. Anthony Parish in Beckemeyer on April 30, and May 1 and 2. The hours are Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday a.m. to 8 p.m. (1/2 price); and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon ($4 bag).
Genealogy research at Germantown library
The Germantown Historical Society will hold a free genealogy research session on Thursday, April 30, 6:30 p.m., at Germantown Public Library. The session will provide guides and tips on what and how you can find information about your German ancestors. Some family genealogy charts will be available as examples.
Bowhunting class offered at Trenton
A Bowhunting 101 class will be held Saturday, May 2, at Trenton Sportsman’s Club. The class is from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and a light lunch will be provided. To attend the class, contact Dennis Boeser, 618-920-2135.
Reunion planned for CCHC class of 1976
Central Community High School class of 1976 is planning a reunion for Friday, May 29, 7 p.m., at Bent Oak Golf Course in Breese. There will be a cash bar, and snacks will be provided.
Also, a tour of Central High School will begin at 5 p.m. for anyone who is interested. Please spread the word!
